Lisa Marie Riskowski is CELT Services LLC’s lead fleet and mobile mechanic, specializing in both on-site and field diagnostics for company vehicles, heavy equipment, and client fleets. With a passion for precision and problem-solving, she brings hands-on expertise in engine repair, electrical diagnostics, and preventive maintenance across a wide range of light- and medium-duty vehicles. Lisa is currently working toward her ASE Certified Mechanic credential, expanding her technical mastery under the mentorship of CELT’s ASE Certified Master Mechanic. Her ongoing professional development reflects her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in the craft of mechanical service. As part of CELT Services’ dedication to top-tier industry standards, Lisa is trained within a company that proudly holds multiple Snap-on Technical Education Certifications, including: • Multimeter Certification – Electrical diagnostics, voltage drop testing, continuity, resistance, and current draw (using Snap-on EEDM525F / EEDM504D). • Torque Certification – Proper torque procedures using mechanical and electronic torque wrenches (Snap-on TechAngle series). • Precision Measuring Instruments (PMI) – Calibration and use of micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers. • Automotive Scanner Diagnostics Certification – Advanced OBD-II diagnostics, live data analysis, and DTC interpretation (Snap-on ZEUS, SOLUS Edge, MODIS Ultra, or APOLLO-D9). • Wheel Service & Alignment Certification – Alignment theory, tire balancing, TPMS service, and wheel alignment. • Battery, Starting & Charging Certification – Load testing, alternator and starter diagnostics, and system performance. • Automotive Air Conditioning Certification – Recovery, leak detection, evacuation, and recharge procedures (Snap-on ACT725A, ACT300, ACT450A).
